The functionality is like SmartReply, but the ads are smaller in size, they offer more messages, unlimited message length and they allow you to create multiple accounts, no questions asked. GetResponse also offers ad-free paid services with more options, such as HTML messages and attached files, for $18 per month (discounts if you pay for longer time periods). Recently they have offered a trial month for only $3, which is a real bargain: they include advertising valued at $50 and several fine bonus books as well in the price of $3. This is a no-brainer: just buy it. You may have to be a free member for a week or so before they offer this bargain to you.

PromaSoft Autoresponder is a Windows program that you install on your harddisk. It will give you total control over your email activities, including an unlimited number of Autoresponders. This is the absolute best way to organize your marketing efforts. You can try it out for free, and if you like it you pay for it. It is a low cost in comparison to the services offered by the sites mentioned above, because it is a one-time cost.

It can handle multiple POP accounts, so you can check all of your accounts at one time. It scans each incoming message for keywords that you've defined, using simple or complex filtering. When it finds a keyword, it can send a response, delete or forward the message to another email account, or even blacklist the sender.

Plain-text and HTML messages are supported, along with attachments. The form-handler feature enables you to send customized messages based on forms that customers fill out and submit.
